Our conditions

  • Please let us know your exact number of people in writing at least 3 days before your event. This will serve as the basis for production and billing. If we do not receive any feedback from you, the number of persons as stated in the offer will apply.
  • Please note that confetti(-bombs) are not allowed in our rooms indoor and outdoor. Should it be used although it’s forbidden, a cleaning fee of EUR 500,00 will be charged automatically.
  • We would like to mention that some minor price adjustments could be necessary based on our current menu.

Cancellation policy

  • In case of cancellation 30-15 days before the event, 40% of the originally requested service or the agreed minimum consumption will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 14-7 days before the event, 60% of the originally requested service or the agreed minimum consumption will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation 6-3 days before the event, 80% of the originally requested service or the agreed minimum consumption will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation from 2 days before the event (or in case of no-show), 100% of the originally requested service or the agreed minimum consumption will be charged.

EXTRA CANCELLATION POLICY (PFARRWIRT EXCLUSIVE)

  • When having an EXCLUSIVE BOOKING of our entire house there are extra policies. Please note, that an exclusive booking of our whole restaurant cannot be canceled, and the agreed minimum consumption must be fully paid even in case of cancellation, especially since we have already blocked the day for you and your guests in advance and have rejected other reservation requests.
